Seek Discomfort was launched in May 2018 by the founders of the YouTube channel Yes Theory. For years, we have used the phrase Seek Discomfort to push ourselves, learning along the way that the only way to really grow is to do stuff that makes us uncomfortable. The Spark Card Game is a legendary conversation game that can help Seekers dare to strive for such mindfulness. Play Spark at any social gathering or celebration.
